Cancellation Policy<\/h3><p>Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or service time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a nominal charge to cover logistics and preparation costs.<\/p><h3>2. Refund Eligibility<\/h3><p>Refunds are available under the following conditions:<\/p><ul><li>If the service cannot be completed due to our inability or unforeseen circumstances.<\/li><li>If duplicate payments were made in error.<\/li><li>If the customer cancels the service before any work has commenced and provides at least 24 hours notice.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. Non-Refundable Items<\/h3><p>The following are not eligible for refunds:<\/p><ul><li>Services that have been completed to customer satisfaction.<\/li><li>Special order parts that have been ordered specifically for the customer.<\/li><li>Diagnostic charges that have been incurred.<\/li><li>Pickup and delivery charges for completed services.<\/li><\/ul><h3>4. Refund Process<\/h3><p>To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of the service date. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.<\/p><h3>5. Warranty Claims<\/h3><p>Warranty claims are handled separately from refunds. If you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide repair or replacement at no additional cost as per the warranty terms.<\/p><h3>6. Dispute Resolution<\/h3><p>In the event of any dispute, we encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve the matter.
