By accessing and using the Brothers Moto Works website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

2. Service Booking<\/h3>

All service bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone. We reserve the right to refuse service if the motorcycle is deemed unsafe or beyond repair. Estimates provided are approximate and final costs may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle.<\/p>

3. Payment Terms<\/h3>

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI, credit\/debit cards, and mobile wallets. For major repairs, a 50% advance may be required. All prices are inclusive of GST.<\/p>

4. Warranty Policy<\/h3>

Warranty coverage is provided on specific services as outlined in the service packages. Warranty covers only the workmanship and parts supplied by Brothers Moto Works. Damage caused by external factors, accidents, or misuse is not covered.<\/p>

5. Pickup and Delivery<\/h3>

Pickup and delivery services are available within Bengaluru city limits. The customer is responsible for ensuring the bike is accessible at the agreed pickup time. Delays caused by customer unavailability may incur additional charges.<\/p>

6. Liability<\/h3>

Brothers Moto Works exercises utmost care in handling motorcycles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages not reported during the initial inspection. Customers are encouraged to document the condition of their motorcycle before service.<\/p>

7. Changes to Terms<\/h3>

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>
