Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or imported parts may require 7-14 business days for procurement. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
We partner with reliable courier services for safe delivery. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping is available for select locations at an additional cost.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping within India.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.
In the rare event of a damaged or lost shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
